Microcopy II

Apr 28, 2024
1 min read

This copy was created for the Copy42 WEB course exercise, following the lesson "Perfect words for digital experiences to remember". The track consisted of creating microtexts to guide the user of a public office's website when changing their password.

Context: The user of a public office's website must reset his password to access his personal area. To change the password, the user must enter their email and solve a simple arithmetic calculation (captcha).

Microcopy 1: Title

Request your new password and receive it via email.

Microcopy 2: Description

Type your email address and the result of the calculation in the next field (it's needed to authenticate you).

Lastly, click “Request a new password”. Sometimes emails arrive in the spam folder. If you can't find it there either, contact our customer service.
